As a direct report to the Engineering Director, & a member of the Engineer Senior Management team, you will have responsibility for devising solutions to product & vehicle reliability issues. In addition to delivery of current fleet strategy, you will also work with the key stakeholders in influencing & shaping plans for future fleet replacement.
Primarily responsible for the design, implementation and management of multiple concurrent projects on C# & VB.Net applications, the Development and Support Manager will define software development standards whilst also performing a hands-on development role. In addition, the IT Manager will outline support / helpdesk standards, manage departmental budgets and provide strong leadership & motivation for the team.
