This role is all about managing an exceedingly tough multi shopping centre client. You will be implementing organisational strategy, managing the quality and cost effective delivery of contracted services to our client, maintaining excellent relationships and optimising profitability.
Ensure that the services are regularly reviewed and developed, implementing where possible new ways of working and a cost effective quality service provision. Lead, manage and motivate all staff ensuring that they aware of all Health and Safety and environmental standards and deliver services within key performance targets.

The role combines elements of new business development and account management of an established customer base. Clients annual spend would normally be in the range of £100k - £1,000,000. Previous experience in this sector is not required.
You will have full ownership of Corporate Reporting and Monthly Internal Reporting. You will support the consolidation of the budget process to Group Finance and have responsibility for the quarterly press releases.
This is an operational and strategic role. You will be tasked with ensuring the effective management of all finance functions, including forecasting, reporting and budgeting. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the appropriate systems are in place to maximise efficiency while making sure that the systems and processes are aligned with business and compliance requirements.
