Key for this role will be your ability to develop a national brand whilst executing campaigns at a local level across multiple sites. We are looking for a hands on Marketing Director who can develop and deliver the strategic marketing plan, drive and motivate a team whilst being energetic and inspiring to those around them.
As a result of their planned growth they are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their business. It will be your role to manage the strategic and tactical marketing activities. You will start by analysing the market and the organisations position within it, in order to work with the wider management team to define where and how the business can grow further, possibly by developing new technologies, possibly by entering new markets, this will be determined by your efforts, with support of your colleagues.
