In this role you will have ownership of the P&L targets for the brand. You will be expected to drive growth from direct marketing for a range of services combined with accountability for profit performance from direct sales. The position is responsible for developing fully costed marketing and business plans to strengthen direct marketing strategy and to create and head B2C marketing activity for the brand.
You will be selling to major insurance companies, dealing with chief underwriting officers and operations directors in a new business and account management capacity. Six figure deal sizes are standard and you will be responsible for a seven figure quota as well as managing a team of six sales executives.
