The role holder will report into the Head of Retention and Loyalty for BT Consumer. This is the most commercial role in the retention marketing team and will work across all of our products. Candidates must have experience of driving large scale, measured change across the business with EBIT impact of at least £20m and be comfortable managing stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.
Employing all of your knowledge and experience from previous roles in customer communications and brand management, you will be operating on both a strategic and tactical level, with senior stakeholders, across short and long term initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to understand and interpret the marketing plan to deliver inspirational marketing communications that bring the feel good factor to life for their customers.
