This role requires a high level of technical competency combined with with top-notch organisational abilities. Our head Linux man would need to build on our in-house developed technologies, so programming/scripting knowledge is important.
You would be joining this team as an Associate Director with a strong emphasis on progressing to senior levels. You will be working directly with Directors and Managing Directors and have the chance to utilise a wide range of business consulting skills with top tier financial services clients.
You will be responsible for the delivery of multiple projects on brief, on time and to the agreed budget, using management methodologies appropriate to successful completion. You will have end to end involvement throughout the project life cycle from initial scoping and production - to delivery and maintenance.
The successful applicant will work alongside the current team who are responsible for the US SwapClear requirements to be the main legal resource for Europe and the rest of the world.
The primary responsibility of this role is the analysis, documentation and delivery of business requirements and processes for all projects within the Fixed Income area of Risk Management (including UAT testing).
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of the organisation and its strategic goals. Initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, is the key to achieving the performance objectives of this job.
An exciting opportunity to fulfil a unique role within Europes largest Clearing House. Reporting to the Director, Risk Management; whilst having indirect reporting lines to senior executives and internal committees.
The Clearing House needs to provide robust and prudent risk management in order to meet its overriding objective: to provide Clearing Members with a central counterparty of the highest quality and to safeguard the interests of the company's shareholders and contributors to its Clearing Funds.
