You will be expected to manage client relationships proactively from initial set up meetings to ongoing service issues; building trust and responding quickly to client needs. The role is a new business role, fully supported by marketing with the marketing team creating 80% of the new business opportunities. This role is selling the full remit of software to the services market.
You will be responsible for producing new business as well as maintaining and developing business with existing clients. You will use your knowledge of financial products to advise and form a strategy for each individual client and also monitor your portfolio in order to establish and highlight where switches can be made to client's agreed model in order to benefit them.

- Provide overall direction for the Independent channel and its support functions in a pre and post RDR environment - Develop strategy, tactics and sales plans to achieve targets for.
This is a challenging and varied role for an experienced Financial Controller, giving a unique overview of different areas of the business. The successful candidate will be expected to use your creativity and interpersonal skills to develop the most effective solutions to accounting/reporting issues and share knowledge and best practices with the rest of the team.
