Your primary duties will be to lead the analysis of service issues, field failures, manage test & validation programmes, mechanical design of components including stress & thermal calculation plus analysis of static & high speed rotating components with rigorous design for manufacture and assembly.
The quality engineer will be responsible for carrying out APQP and FMEA. You will manage quality reporting activity, both internal and external, coordinate resolution of any quality issues, identify and set quality standards and KPIs to meet customer specification and expectation. Due to the nature of this role, candidates will require recent experience of a Ford product Launch.
