The job holder will be able to organise, coordinate, structure and execute projects through a range of people and resources outside of their direct control or immediate influence. The jobholder is accountable to the Head of Risk and Compliance who in turn is personally accountable to the Executive, Audit Committee and FSA for the development and management of an effective risk management framework and associated processes in esure.

Design, code and unit test to professional quality while keeping to esures standards and Technical Principals. Provide all required documentation for the project in accordance with the defined Development Life Cycle procedures.
The role will be an opportunity to work on highly transactional projects, with over 300 transactions per second; within an agile environment. This position will provide the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team, whilst directing the company's advancement with new projects.

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience: Degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science or related subject A proven track record of leading team and projects with a C++ embedded systems environment.
