The role holder will report into the Head of Retention and Loyalty for BT Consumer. This is the most commercial role in the retention marketing team and will work across all of our products. Candidates must have experience of driving large scale, measured change across the business with EBIT impact of at least £20m and be comfortable managing stakeholders at Director and Managing Director level.
Ideally working in a professional services led industry you will be able to demonstrate where you have grown a brand within the market by using multiple platforms and more recently the strategy and ROI surrounding Online and Digital marketing, SEO, PPC, Social and 3rd party affiliation channels.
