As Management Accountant for this highly successful business, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts for a key division of the company, however this is a complex business with a number of divisions and you will work closely with other Management Accountants and business partners to ensure that you have a strong understanding of all areas of the business.
Your primary goal will be to drive improved performance through all personal Lines product categories both directly and through coordination of the activities of the product facing Decision Support teams. Managing a team of 3, you will also provide support to the Director of PL Strategy and Development as a business partner.
As a French Speaking Accountant, you will report to the FC, and will enjoy a broad and varied remit. This will include wide exposure to the business including cost control, reporting, accounts preparation and supporting the senior Finance staff in the preparation of accounts pack information.
Reporting to the FD, you will take overall responsibility for the management of the Finance team which will include overseeing the production of management and financial accounts as well as managing budgets, forecasts, payroll, treasury and credit control.
You will be responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts for a number of key business units and reporting the results to Senior Finance and Operational Managers. You will produce detailed analysis of the accounts to highlight trends and explain variances to management.
