The Income Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all equity income/unit trust events are processed and client cash positions are updated in a timely manner, in accordance with market and the Bank's best practices, in order to provide a high quality service, minimise risk to the organisation and guard against any financial or reputational loss.

The Income Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all equity income/unit trust events are processed and client cash positions are updated in a timely manner, in accordance with market and the Bank's best practices, in order to provide a high quality service, minimise risk to the organisation and guard against any financial or reputational loss.
You will lead and manage a team of Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Administrators and will be responsible for the achievement of their performance targets and the branch's service level agreements. Strict targets will need to be met surrounding leakage, renewal retention and customer service standards.
You should have either Retail or Wholesale Banking experience as a consultant or directly with a bank and you should have product knowledge of products like savings, mortgages, cards, loans, trade finance.
As part of the Global Financial Systems team, contribute to the leveraging of the existing Finance systems suite (including Peoplesoft, HFM, Blackline) and accomplishment of Finance's re-engineering goals. Act as Administrator for the TM1 system and support the Finance user community in the UK.
