The role is focused on designing or having input with architects to the development of effective mortgage processes or system changes for an area of the bank. The role will include making changes to existing system, migrating current processes, or making changes and implementing design ideas to this new area.
To be considered for this role you have to: Have experience within a fee environment, although this is advantageous not essential. Whilst leads are provided a strong business development attitude is a must, again it would be an advantage if the IFA/ Wealth Advisor has a level of clients that can be brought with them.
