* A demonstrable track record of selling IT in or around the Datacentre Servers, Storage, Virtualisation, Networking, Services. * A solid sales capability ideally where you have generated and won new business.
You will act as a subject matter expert with sufficient general competency to play a leading role in your projects. Part of this means assigning project tasks to analysts and ensuring these are completed within deadlines.
You will be working with ERP solutions such Dynamics NAV/Navision, Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX, however, experience selling these solutions is not essential as long as you have an ERP sales background.
You will be expected to deal with high end retailers and CPG businesses in order help them to deliver their online retailing experience to their end user clients. You will need to be a solution orientated sales professional as the companies services are bespoke around each client.
To be considered for any of the stunning roles you will need: Experience working for a reseller (one of the three Licensing companies in York would be ideal) with a desire to work for a vendor; Market specific experience; Bright, articulate and clever whilst being on an upward career path.
The successful candidate is required to support OCC function, providing proactive and reactive network management, including resolution of network incidents, root cause analysis and completion of change requests. The roles will focus on remotely resolving incidents, increasing the first time fix rates, ensuring SLAs are met, and wider call management.
