The successful candidate will be highly experienced in the delivery of large scale IT Programmes with values of circa £13m or more who demonstrate excellent leadership and management capabilities across a matrix led organisation.
Supporting major clients across the UK and internationally you will undertake Human Factors activities related to job design and job ergonomics, and optimisation through Task Analysis. You will also undertake R&D projects to develop Human Factors tools and models.
