To be considered you must have experience of setting up and leading a Project/Programme Office/PMO, taking a hands on approach and actively influencing direction in a fast paced delivery focused environment. You will also need to demonstrate a proven ability during the pre-project plans phase to define projects and build high level estimates including steering planning workshops and gaining buy-in and approvals.
You MUST have experience setting up Programme Offices and managing them. You MUST have excellent stakeholder and 3rd party management skills. You MUST have line management experience.
