The role of Operations Manager is key to the delivery of quality product on time, in full, to our customers. The successful candidate will provide excellent leadership and deliver results through the coaching and mentoring of people.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising sales performance, by working closely with their Branch Manager colleagues and the Product Manager on areas such as Merchandising, product performance etc. This will also entail a project on developing the showroom business throughout the branch network. In addition to this, the role will be responsible for delivering efficiencies and common procedures across the business, which will include such things as the annual stocktake.
