An experienced HR Operations Manager is required to assume responsibility for all the elements of the HR function, managing the team and supporting the business in its daily HR activities It is anticipated that all applicants willl be able to demonstrate full CIPD status with a proven generalist background in a Financial Services/Blue Chip organisation of a similar size.
The Supply Chain operations manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve the Group Food Sourcing Operational KPI targets. Working cross functionally you will agree and implement the Operational plan that supports the Food Sourcing Strategy and Operating Model.
