As the Finance Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing day-to-day financial decision support to the Operations team which will involve liaising directly with the Operations Director, the Senior Customer Service Managers (SCSMs) Customer Service Managers (CSMs), the managers of the Document Solutions Centres, Management Accounts, internal finance teams and Commercial Finance.
Reporting to the General Manager and controlling a team of Operations Managers and support staff, the job holder will be responsible for managing budgets, setting business objectives, developing the team and taking overall accountability for operational performance to SLA's and KPI's.
