The role of Release Manager is to ensure the goals of the Release Management process are achieved. The main objective is to build, test and deliver the capability to provide the services specified by service design and that will accomplish the stakeholders requirements and deliver the intended objectives.

The Associate Director will take a lead role in the business development activities of the team. You will design new ways of attracting high quality individuals, and work collaboratively with other teams supporting recruitment in order to grow the portfolio in line with the School's strategy.
The Associate role will involve direct client contact, independent management of your own projects, potentially supplementary training both internally and externally (such as BREEAM AP) and most importantly a personal interest in sustainability.
You will be working with a range of FTSE 250 clients and private equity and other large national and local clients. The work will include assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases and reorganisations.
Take responsibility for notifying fee earners of relevant changes in law and practice which affects their working practices providing technical advice and guidance.
The role encompasses the full range of Commercial work (excluding M&A) but as a senior appointment the candidate should have experience of larger projects, such as outsourcing transactions, major supply contracts, complex commercial projects and Board level strategic advisory work.

We are looking for an experienced agricultural lawyer, preferably with a contentious background, capable of marketing to an established and expanding client base from our Taunton & Tiverton offices. A knowledge of rural property is essential.
