This role will be the lynchpin for the whole sales operation within the business, as a liaison for the new business sales team, the graduate lead generators and the consultants you will have the fantastic interpersonal and organisational skills to bring the sales team together and improve efficiency. This role will also have responsibility for the Bid management process to ensure the smooth running of the sales force and the admin associated with high value sales.
You will have previous experience in running a broker that deals with commercial and corporate insurance as well as some Personal Lines business too. Excellent man-management is required as well as a background in development of a commercial/corporate broker. Strong insurer relations coupled with the ability to lead from the front is a must for this role.
