This role sits within a team of fee earners, and reports to a partner or more senior team member. The role includes areas of responsibility in each of the 4 Quadrants (Clients, People & Personal Development, Financials and Internal Business Process) as appropriate to someone who has progressed to this stage, including an increasing level of responsibility for leading appropriate aspects of transactions / cases / projects, building effective relationships with clients and colleagues, and continuing development of a greater breadth of skills.
