As Sales Director you will be responsible for managing a team of 11 people which includes colleagues at regional sales and national account level. The team is well established and as a result you will mainly need to provide them with focus, direction and genuine leadership.
You will be Diploma or Chartered or working towards this so that you are in line for RDR. Some clients will be provided so you should be able and happy to develop these existing relationships and develop new long standing business.
Business Development position requiring the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with existing clients as well as future prospects. Strong hunting and closing skills with proven history of sales success in life sciences community.

You will have experience of wind farm design and LVIA including detailed knowledge of guidance and legislation as it applies in Scotland as well as England & Wales.
This will include the development of integrity management strategies and schemes, anomaly management, risk-based inspection planning and review, and studies into all aspects of subsea integrity management.
Working alongside and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work proactively on the development of long-term projects to achieve the annual sales forecast of 20-30 close pitched and won projects.
