Whilst primarily focussed on compliance relating to SSE's activities in the electricity and gas markets, the remit will also extend to telecoms and non-regulated sales (e.g. gas and electrical maintenance and installations, insulation and solar PV) to ensure consistency of approach across all of our activities. As such, responsibilities will include facilitating compliance with regulations/legislation relevant to SSE's involvement in these markets.
