The Head of Division will need to be able to inspire and motivate all staff across all areas of the division so that they respond swiftly and effectively to current challenges. This will require the development of new forms of provision in partnership with schools, securing new income streams and devising curricula that maximise outcomes for students and efficiency of delivery.
We are seeking a self-motivated Head Teacher who is successful in leading their current school and excited about the opportunity to develop and lead two schools on a full time basis.
