They are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to develop their UPS market into large Data Center in London and the South East. A newly created role you will sell our client UPS solutions direct to end users who are typically Banks, Financial Services institutions and companies within the IT Sector.
This role will require you to ensure the provision of quality, accurate and timely financial support, driving accountability for performance and championing return on investment. The role also acts as the link between the division/support functions and FP&A team to support financial planning, monitoring and reporting.
You will work collaboratively with the Corporate Regional Sales and Channel Teams to drive the sales of Managed services into the corporate market place to ensure our Corporate division achieves its connections, revenue and contribution targets.
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to manage the Telco vertical with the responsibility to identify, prospect and generate new business within the telecommunications sector. You will work toward developing and delivering against the UK strategy helping to grow the number of participants in our data Centres.
In order to be successful in this role, you must possess a broad and current knowledge related to selling Data Centre Hosting and Colocation. For the vertical roles, you will also have experience of selling to the Financial Services or Telco verticals, particularly trading and processing within Financial Services.
This role will involve the successful candidate consolidating strong client relationships, building and managing a strong pipeline within the retail or private sector such as logistics/transport/utilities/telecoms/media.
You will be predominantly looking after existing clients although will be tasked with new business sales activities too. Sales are typically around £500k and are made with general managers and operations managers of the larger hotel chains; they count some of the world's biggest and best hotel groups amongst their satisfied customer base.
The role of Senior Sales person will be to generate new business within existing accounts as well as new logos. You will focus on winning multiyear big ticket contracts within the Financial Services and Accountancy markets across the UK.
