Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing, the successful Production Manager will be expected to effectively lead and manage manufacturing operations within the site function. To optimise all aspects of the production of saleable finished goods, including management of labour, process and materials. Particular emphasis is placed on short to medium term strategy.
The role provides financial accounting support to the Production and Developments Divisions within Upstream. The Production Division carries out a range of activities on behalf of Upstream businesses, primarily around research & development work, technical services, and technology support. The Developments Division is responsible for overseeing the safe and compliant delivery of all major projects within the Segment, and also the safe & compliant delivery of drilling and completion activities.
