The postholder is required to fully understand the breadth of Skills for Cares offer and engage with employers and key stake holders to communicate Skills for Care activity, gather employer feedback and negotiate with key partners at area level to ensure their views are represented in the development of adult social care workforce priorities.
They are now looking to grow their Northern team and are expanding their Leeds office. The expansion means that they are looking for two salespeople; one to sell to the commercial space and one to sell to the health sector. The role will involve selling the full remit of solutions and the target will be £400k margin.
