The Subcontract Program Manager manages, in a matrix environment, the sourcing function across Eaton sites for Major Subcontract procurements. Subcontracts Program Management involve components and assemblies of supplier design to Eaton or customer specification to be incorporated into an Eaton product and critical components as defined in the project sourcing plan.
