As a senior Customer Proposition Manager, you will have excellent experience in Customer focused roles with a background in CRM, Marketing or Product Design. This is a highly creative role and one which is at the heart of this company and is essential to leading the company forward in profit and in market share.
The role will involved you dealing with customers and colleagues, setting sales budgets, helping with tendering and customer support. You will be liaising with up to 6 separate divisions and working with the senior management team on the strategic direction and motivations for the sales and customer interacting functions.
