· Identify the end to end customer journey within their retail outlets · Analyse a variety of date sources to develop an understanding of how customers think and interact · Work with the customer insight and marketing team to promote cross channel activity
As Finance & Operations Director your prime objective will be to maximise shareholder value and ensure the company performs to its financial potential against the amazing opportunities on offer. Youll already be a high performing executive with experience of high growth international SMEs and funding models. Experience of developing ERP systems is vital, as is competence and commitment in implementing ICT strategy to maximise productivity and customer value via outsourcing & supply chain integration.
