They will support the Programme teams in the delivery of components and systems from key suppliers to programme time, cost and quality requirements; lead cost management projects; ensure that direct and in-direct materials and services are procured and managed against CPL procedural, cost budget and policy; and develop the Procurement Team and its capabilities.
