As an Account Manager, you will sit within the Major Accounts Sales team working with a defined set of accounts. The accounts have been customers of QA for a number of years and your role will be to look after existing business opportunities whilst proactively identifying new areas of opportunity. Your primary focus will be to increase the overall client revenue and margin.
Responsibilities include design and implementation of new tests, verifying the current product and reducing the bug backlog. Working with software engineers to maintain the build and test systems and liaising with other groups within Cisco to ensure usability of cross-product features
