You are able to demonstrate an understanding and ability to use ad hoc consumer research and continuous market data (Kantar) and will have worked with chilled and own label food products.
The Finance Director will be a hands-on, dynamic and tenacious leader who will have proven M&A skills, a good record of systems and people development and a real feel for creating the conditions for sound growth to flourish. The Finance Director will be a qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or ACMA, and have extensive commercial experience and a good contact base within the Private Equity/Investment Bank space.

You should have a very strong Operations Management background, your strongest skills should be man-management, continuous improvement and change management. You should be able to demonstrate a significant track record in these areas.
