The Operations Manager will be responsible for maximising sales performance, by working closely with their Branch Manager colleagues and the Product Manager on areas such as Merchandising, product performance etc. This will also entail a project on developing the showroom business throughout the branch network. In addition to this, the role will be responsible for delivering efficiencies and common procedures across the business, which will include such things as the annual stocktake.
This is a senior level role as you will be responsible for driving a sales and marketing culture through the delivery of all client and new business development programmes for the largest of the RSM Tenon regions. In addition, the role includes responsibility for the supervision of the regional marketing team to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of all marketing and promotional activity.
