This is a role that requires an individual with 110% drive, hunger and ambition in order to get the very most out of his/ her sales team. You will be responsible for managing 4-5 Sales managers who all have 8-10 field sales executives covering a territory some new business other retention.
The role reports in the Business Development Manager and will focus on selling a full service product range. This will focus on the Boiler and Plant Solutions division. You will be responsible for supporting the senior management team in developing the product, business sector strategies, plans and budgets for this specific division.
