The role of the Relationship Manager is to manage a "book of business". This means to be responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a defined set of Dow Jones customers using solutions from its Factiva product suite. The number of companies managed by a Relationship Manager will typically be between 100 and 200, depending on geography and industry sectors covered.
You will manage key client and stakeholder relationships and you will take a lead role in the deployment and management of their enterprise investment management platform at major financial institutions. You will work closely with the client and Subject Matter Experts to oversee technical and interface changes and you be the principal client contact.
