Part of the Global Business Division as the Senior Marketing Manager - Customer Relationships. Looking for a talented relationship marketer to take on this core growth role and join the marketing team in the UK, reporting into the Group Marketing Manager.
You will be required to cement closer relationships between the business and the customer helping them to strategically develop their adoption of user virtualisation. This will entail working with Major Accounts (Enterprise Level) and holding full responsibility for them. You will provide knowledge transfer of products and functionality, assist with escalation of support incidents and ratify customer projects and provide consultancy around further projects/upgrades.
