We are currently seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to establish a trusted business partner relationship with customers. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team on an exciting journey. The position will cover Taunton/Exeter and will be responsible for promoting the brand in the business community. This will involve looking after an existing portfolio of commercial segment customers as well as the brief to grow the business with support from the local Director.
You will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end planning for people, processes, IT systems and 3rd party suppliers, as well as looking after the testing of the plans. The role will include the delivery of 3 Strategy and Control Processes: • Interpretation - to interpret policy and standards from Group/GRCB BCM/external stakeholders into a fit for purpose Barclaycard BCM and Crisis Management framework • Planning - to work with all areas of Barclaycard to ensure that BCM and Crisis Management plans meet those governance requirements identified through interpretation, the requirements of the business and align with Barclaycard strategic plans and vision.
