They currently seek a Retail Project Manager to head up retail supply chain strategic projects across their global supply chain, distribution and retail operations.

*Be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the end-to-end IT project within defined timescale, and cost constraints. *Work with the relevant Business Change, Technology Planning, IT Operations, other IT Delivery colleagues and the business to achieve the desired result *Have a proven track record of applying IT project management techniques with expertise in project management methodologies e.
*Project Management including the design and implementation of a programme governance framework. *Managing large complex IT programmes and this will be reflected through experience of delivering full lifecycle projects *Sign off of all programme/project plans and deliverables.
This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their commercial skills through daily liaison with senior members of the brand management team. We would expect the individual to become an integral part of the brand team and provide support and structure to the management team through insight and initiative.
*IT Service environment, including Infrastructure (LAN/WAN), Retail Systems, Telecoms, Servers, and Desktop *The provision of telecommunications infrastructure (mobile & fixed line services) to the Head Office and Stores *Manage an IT operating budget of approximately 2m and capital budget of potentially up to 2m.
Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that the Scrum teams are practising the core Agile principles and processes. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Strategic Project Managers and Product owners, organise and facilitate iteration planning and daily stand ups and play a key part in developing and maintaining team standards, tools and best practices.
As HR Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR department. This will include managing disciplinary and grievance case work, supporting the training needs.
In particular, this role is responsible for providing TP support on current transactional issues and audit defence around the world, as well as TP strategic input on live commercial and planning issues.
