Provides functional direction and/or supervision to all contracts personnel assigned to a project or office, in accordance with applicable directives, management instructions, procedures and functional guidelines. Provides functional guidance on issues related to contracts, and coordinates functional activities with other functional managers.
·Overall responsibility for the operational management of all departments within the contract ·Financial and commercial responsibility and accountability for all services. ·Ensure all departments provide effective delivery of services within the requirements of the agreed service levels.

Candidates ideally should have some experience of portal technology (this does not have to be Liferay, could be IBM Websphere portal for example), however experience of supporting J2EE technology stack essential.
