My client is looking to recruit a Head of Sales to manage, guide and develop the Northern Sales team from a day to day and operational perspective. This role is pivotal in assisting the Board in achieving their ambitious goals in sustaining the current impressive growth rate.
You will be selling as part of a new business team, focusing on speaking to directors and senior managers of firms with less than 200 seats. A telesales team is in place to support your new business unified comms sales activities but you will also need to be highly proactive in your approach.
