This role will report directly into the UK Sales Director and will be joining a growing sales team. This is an office based contract which will be based out of the London office. The role of HCM Pre-Sales consultant can be based UK, Germany, Austria, France, Spain or Italy (multiple Headcount) and will be responsible for supporting the sales effort into large enterprise accounts within the assigned territory.
The role of Enterprise Account Manager (New Business) can be based from the UK, Germany, France, Sweden or Italy (Multiple Headcount) and responsible for selling into large enterprises within the assigned territory.
The role combines elements of new business development and account management of an established customer base. Clients annual spend would normally be in the range of £100k - £1,000,000. Previous experience in this sector is not required.
You will need to be hands on in your approach to the role, managing a small sales team, identifying opportunities and going through the sales process from the initial PQQ, writing tender documents to presenting.
