Works in partnership with the Sales and Marketing organisation to provide accurate information around sales and productivity to drive sales force effectiveness across the Region. Responsible for sales and productivity reporting, flexible compensation development and implementation, sales force sizing recommendations and target setting for sales and productivity across the EAME. The candidate will work with the all the Senior stakeholders (VPs, Business Unit Directors, National Sales Managers, Marketing Directors etc.
This role is selling specialist software to the Not For Profit sector and offers a fantastic opportunity for a proven software salesperson with experience selling CRM or related software to the Not For Profit or Charity sector to work for the market leading company. This role will involve no canvassing and all prospects are qualified for interest before being handed to the sales team so you can concentrate on getting in front of clients and closing business.
