The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective national sales strategy, to include consistent and well managed sales processes. You will place strong emphasis on the coaching and development of your sales force of eight individuals, ensuring they are motivated and fully focussed on delivering maximum revenue, through a combination of effective portfolio and territory management.
This role will see you selling an open source Business intelligence platform to end user clients. Typical order values will range from £30 - 70k with the average sales cycle being from 3-6 months. Target for fiscal year one will be $1M. Working from home you will be one of the first sales executive on the ground.
