As such, a proven track record in academic leadership and management at a senior level will be critical, as will experience of business planning and resource allocation alongside a proven ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
The Head of Division will need to be able to inspire and motivate all staff across all areas of the division so that they respond swiftly and effectively to current challenges. This will require the development of new forms of provision in partnership with schools, securing new income streams and devising curricula that maximise outcomes for students and efficiency of delivery.
