This work will include consideration of the demand for services and the ability of the market to meet this demand within cost and quality parameters, through the development of professional relationships with care providers.
Works in partnership with the Sales and Marketing organisation to provide accurate information around sales and productivity to drive sales force effectiveness across the Region. Responsible for sales and productivity reporting, flexible compensation development and implementation, sales force sizing recommendations and target setting for sales and productivity across the EAME. The candidate will work with the all the Senior stakeholders (VPs, Business Unit Directors, National Sales Managers, Marketing Directors etc.
