To lead and manage an area team to successfully deliver the Skills for Care Business Plan. The postholder is required to fully understand the breadth of Skills for Cares offer and engage with employers and key stake holders to communicate Skills for Care activity, gather employer feedback and negotiate with key partners at area level to ensure their views are represented in the development of adult social care workforce priorities.
This is part of a major strategic investment by the University to achieve an ambitious improvement in academic performance and enhanced student experience.
