They have roles available for both account management (involving up and cross selling into accounts) and new business development, selling to heads of customer service, finance and service managers. They target organisations with contact centres in excess of 250 seats, in sectors such as finance, transport, automotive and telecoms.
Through the impressive growth of the clients Business Intelligence offering they have an immediate requirement for an assertive and tactical software salesperson.
