In addition, you will motivate and assist Field Sales personnel and be influential in developing strategy with the Business Development Director.
You will be responsible for a large team of qualified Chemical Engineers at various levels and with some responsibility for graduate intake, implementing site equipment and process strategy and driving through improvement and change across site operations, setting team work and overseeing personnel development in the department.
